Tiziana's Grand Opening, Magical Soap, Awesome Greeting Cards & more!

Ok, so I thought I would be getting back to this way more often than what I have and just when I am about to, something comes up! SOOOOO I am going to give a quick summary (or try to) about bunches of great little things I have come across!

A little over a month ago I met a wonderful woman, Tiziana, who is coming back to the boutique business with HOT outfits in the gorgeous Los Feliz area. Her boutique, Tiziana's Shop, is celebrating their grand opening NEXT Saturday, June 12th and its going to be BIG! I am super excited to have been invited to participate in her grand opening and will be showcasing my latest line of chain and beadwork combined pieces! If you are in the area ( address: 1766 N. Vermont, Los Angeles, CA 90027) next weekend, I invite you to come and hang out, say hi, meet GREAT people (even maybe some celebs- you never know!) and shop her BEAUTIFUL outfits! So make it a point to pencil it into your calendars everyone, and bring/share with your friends!

Ok, so this next piece is something I have been testing out for two weeks now and figured its about time I let the world know how truly magical this stuff is! I met Jessica M. of di Palermo Body at the Rose City Rocks event in Pasadena a couple weeks ago and bought a bar of tea tree soap for myself. After speaking with Jessica about which ones are best for what, I (having an annoying oily issue) went for the tea tree... after two weeks, stuff is magic! Im not preaching b.s. here, I really mean it. I have gone through other soaps that were supposedly the "right" product, but nothing has cleared up my face and kept it so healthy and smooth like di Palermo Body! My cousins also bought some of her items and as far as I know, they are LOVING it too! This is what they have to say:

"Oatmeal is AWESOME! it was great on my face for shaving and I have VERY senties skin, haha and it got rid of the bumps on the back of my arms and made my skin smoother, it's a great exfolient. The lavender one is AMAZING! it was sooo wonderful to smell in the shower and it also helped as an exfoliant and it even made the whole bathroom smell like lavender after the shower it was great! AND AND it has lasted us a while!"

Besides the fact that it works (and it lasts), Jessica has such an awesome line up of wonderfully yummy scents too! Nothing that is over powering and pasty like the Bath & Body (crap) in the malls... plus, her stuff is not expensive! So for all of us who like to save a buck or two, this is definitely the RIGHT stuff to buy! She even carries little facial scrubs and other accessories to go with it. The bars are not little bars either, they are a good stocky heavy duty size! So just a thought- this would be a GREAT gift for fathers day! I'm just sayin' ;)

Anyway, a MAJOR thank you to Jessica for creating such a yummy and lovely home made product! I will be coming back for more! Check out her blog here and check out her facebook here, and check out her online shop here.

Next I want to introduce you to these two  amazing artists! I was SUPER lucky to meet this gorgeous couple for the Downtown Brewery Art Walk in April.
Patricia does some fun and magnificent greeting cards that are unlike any others! I picked some up and love them! They are simple, straight to the point and absolutely uniquely wonderful!

While you're checking out her etsy site, pick up some of her bath soak and invite that special person over with one of her sexy little greeting cards for a sexy little date. :) Patricia doesn't only do greeting cards and soaks, check out her blog for more of her stuff!

Mike does this beautiful artwork and takes amazzzzing photography! You really need to look through his wonderful illustrations on his etsy site here. You can buy his prints at really ideal prices! The art work is truly so amazing, that this picture I linked gives the actual piece no justice! So take some time and check out his etsy site and his blog too.

I cannot wait until the next Brewery Art Walk later this year. You can bet I will be posting up invitations like mad! Its just as awesome as the downtown art walk, if not even better! Mike and Patricia, Thanks sooooo much for your support! Patricia- I have so much admiration for you! I know we'll be chatting soon! xoxoxo to you both!

Lastly, I just wanted to share this awesome new hair piece that was created earlier today by Dodies Corner... its only $8!!!! Its a simple beautiful orchid hair clip! Get one and make your simple ponytail look like a fancy up-do!!  (P.S. yes, that is all my hair..its not fake!)

Anyway, for now- GOOOODDDNNIIIGHT! I am officially tired. :)

Some chain, sprinkle of seed beads and a touch of swarovski!

Happy Memorial Day everyone! So while you are out enjoying your bbq's and camping and beaches and what not, I am working at home on the newest pieces and styles to my collection- chain and bead work ~> combined! ta-da!

Ok..getting to the point... the following pieces are awesome combinations of my bead work design that carries the elegance of swarovski crystals with chain metals in black and in gun metal tones.

This piece is an 18" chain necklace in a gun-metal finish. The necklace carries a beautiful dainty circular beaded design that is made of black and clear seed beads with swarovski clear crystal centers. The necklace has a 1" wire wrapped charm made of a large black diamond cut Swarovski crystal, a medium sized black diamond bicone crystal and a smaller clear crystal. The piece shines so beautifully and is easy to wear!

This next piece is a long and simple black chain metal that has been paired with plum colored seed beads and tanzanite swarovski crystals. The necklace measures 33" in length and does not carry a clasp. The bead work carries over a dozen crystals that add a soft and natural glimmer.

Finally, the last of the sneak peak to the newest of the collection is this 1920's inspired tassel necklace. This piece is a wonderful 28" around the neck and carries a 5" tassel. The tassel carries 1-3 clear swarovski crystals wire-wrapped into dainty illuminating charms on each strand! One black chain metal strand carries a single larger black swarovski crystal for an extra glow. The necklace hoop has been accented with the circular bead work made of black clear seed beads and swarovski crystals. This one is fun and classy and doesn't require a clasp to wear!

For more pictures of each of these pieces, check out the facebook photo album here. The pieces are special workings for this weeks Grand Opening event at Tizianas Boutique at 1766 N. Vermont Ave Los Angeles, CA, 90027. If you are in the area THIS Friday night after 8:00pm, come by, say hi and try them on! :)

Hope you love them as I am excited to share them!
